GPU-Capable End-Use & End-User Statement

Required by Vipera LLC prior to delivery of GPU-capable systems and advanced computing platforms, including chassis that may later be configured with GPUs or advanced integrated circuits.

Please complete all required information accurately. This statement is required by Vipera LLC prior to delivery of GPU-capable systems and advanced computing platforms.

Please disclose whether the end-user or any contemplated downstream party is subject to applicable U.S. restrictions.

The End-User acknowledges that all transactions under this order are subject to United States export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR Parts 730–774) and sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control.

The subsequent installation of a GPU or advanced integrated circuit may alter the classification of the resulting system and may, based on total processing performance, performance density, or other technical thresholds, subject the system to additional export licensing requirements, including under the Framework for Artificial Intelligence Diffusion published January 13, 2025.

The undersigned certifies that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and that they have lawful authority to sign on behalf of the End-User named below.
